About Us
MapGigs is the product of musician Paul Hermosa and his wife and manager, Hailey. After planning and embarking on multiple tours, the Virginia natives recognized a need for a simple, comprehensive and affordable venue mapping system for musicians.
On tour, Paul and Hailey were constantly approached by fellow musicians interested in learning about life on the road. They soon noticed a pattern; most musicians had the desire to tour, but were overwhelmed by the logistics of planning.
“Many musicians don’t realize how easy it can be to take their act on the road because they don’t even know where to start”, says MapGigs co-owner, Hailey Hermosa. “We developed this website to tear down all of the barriers of tour planning. We do everything but book the gigs, making it easy for musicians to plan tours and gain exposure across the country.”
